Those are gonna be skewed D anyway, so they will feed into his 'they're cheating' fixation and he will descend further into Syphilitic Dementia (wounds from his personal Vietnam coke binges at Studio 54 can linger, you know).
He may call for things like shutting down the mail entirely.
