16. There WAS no "assassination attempt"--- only possibly the 'concept of'

Or maybe the suspect was only hunting squirrels---

Of course, if you put a tanker's helmet onto Don-OLD Trump's head,
he might look more like Rocky the squirrel than Michael Dukakis did!!!

I have an interesting idea.... If the suspect in question was not a convicted felon
who was also in possession of a weapon from which the serial numbers had filed off,

what charge could anyone have to hold him??? Those are the only charges filed,
as of this time.

In Florida I believe, it is no crime to walk around in public with such a weapon
(that's right, isn't it, DU lawyers?? Isn't Florida an "open carry" state?)

He didn't actually fire the weapon at any target, so there is no real evidence of "intent"--
(at least none that has been made public so far). He was only "in the vicinity" of Trump,
with a gun--- which, so far as I know, would not be a crime in the state of Florida
(except for the fact that he is a convicted felon not allowed to possess firearms)
