Rachel's getting me down.
(and pulled/strained lower right-hand back muscle.)
Received sweet text from 10 year old grandson today, to say He loves me, and is/was home sick today, maybe 'just' a cold. I see him and his sister too seldom, may visit around Oct 1 for his sister's 8th birthday, so THAT will be good.
