I belong to the same group. Most come to the monthly meeting for the free hoagies, pizza and beer dinners that are paid for by church groups and others who donate money to them. Its really pathetic that they support the party that only wants their votes and does nothing for their welfare.
President Obama signed the Community Care bill into law in 2014, two years before Trump got into the White House. Trump actually wants to cut their benefits to help pay for lower income taxes for the wealthy.
