Kind of a technical question more out of curiosity than anything. So traditionally the Democratic Party nominee for president is in control of the DNC but in this case Biden as president is considered in control of the DNC.
So, once VP Harris Harris is officially official on Monday, will she then also be in control of the DNC (which is my assumption)?
