in La Jolla with Ann Romney and their having a "rag-ripping" session, aka a communal temper tantrum by the shore.

I'm sure she just can't bring herself to perform the official duties related to confirming Obama's win so she's off trying to not explode in fits of rage. And after that journalist asked her about climate change and she got all flustered about that... life just isn't going well for her these days. Maybe she'll not come back due to psychological instability, that would be the best outcome for the residents/constituents of the state. Finger-wagging ideology driven hag.
