The idea of President Joe leaving the race terrified me
chaos
infighting
backstabbing
a weakened party
and eventually a candidate that i would vote for but not support because HE would be so centrist and conciliatory on the environment and banking and big money.
wrong wrong wrong on every count.
In two days
TWO FN DAYS!!!
our party has coalesced and gelled and energized itself in a way i just could not have imagined. Two fn days
I am excited and impressed and more confident than ever that the worst of our times are behind us.
Well done Kamala and Joe. Well done.

I still can't get over how fast the party coalesced. I guess everyone was just so ready for this.

Me too. Had to process and grieve and watch the great swelling of support for Kamala. Now--all in for Kamala!

It has turned out far better than many of us thought was possible. We have an excellent candidate.

I felt exactly the same, and I was shocked when President Biden left the race.

Same!!! I am shocked at not just Biden bowing out, but the democratic responses as well. It is so energizing!
