Can't the "defense team" be dis-bared for intentionally doctoring a photo and releasing it to the public for the purpose of swaying public opinion in a manner that would be beneficial to their client? What happened to the standard of upholding the "truth" that the legal system in our country supposedly cloaks itself in?
