Maybe add a symbol tho to the lead like *** or ### or +++ (but always use the same symbol) so that they catch the eye of people scanning what to read next.
Posting at least once per week will allow people to see the need but not get overwhelmed as I am sure you must... or more often given the crisis involved.
And if there some 'hugh' event going on, you know whatever you post, no matter how important it is, will be overshadowed by 'hugh' event here. I think that that's just how it is. So if possible, wait until the initial onslaught of 'hugh' event related posts are over and then repost.
And if some people ignore your Wishadoo post, they wouldn't have helped out anyway. Pay them 'no nevermind'.
