Keep in mind that a heck of a lot of conspiracy theories are true. This includes in criminal and non-criminal settings. Any time two or more people plan for a crime, for example, that is true. When investigators seek to solve crime, they come up with a theory on how those people conspired to commit the crime. If they have enough evidence, they tuen it over to the prosecutoe. "January 6" was rooted in a conspiracy. When it eventually gets to court, the prosecution's theory on the felon's role will be presented, with enough evidence to convict him.
