It would be nice to hear that the church in question uses funds provided by Trump's misuse of their building to benefit a worthy cause. Of course, that wish is predicated on the fantasy that Trump's check would actually clear the bank. But the best irony would be that the worthy cause would be one which benefits some entity that he hates.
