5. Many pollsters accept commissions for polls from both parties

Some are traditionally Republican pollsters, some Democratic.

Some pollsters never accept commissions from any party, but often work with media organizations, who fund, and then report the results using their own framing and narratives.

So, yes, I think it leans more towards conspiracy theories to suggest the Trump campaign is bribing pollsters to rig poll results, when they can just as easily pay an organization to conduct a poll with the questions and sample make up that would be favourable to them, and when the corporate media, without any enticement from the campaign, will pay for and report on polls in a manner favourable to the Trump campaign, at no cost to the campaign.

Why invent some sort of secret, underground chicanery, when the flaws and biases of many polling agencies are public knowledge?
