Pretty sure TSF is doing it on purpose to show his contempt for the entire process and in protest to the idea of being forced to be there. I'm sure he will continue to do fall asleep throughout the trial... If I were the judge, I'd tell him that falling asleep will be considered contempt of court and punished with jail after a few times.
