He's already recycling prior claims that failed. Fewer of the motions have any originality to them, so he's running out of road for what he can challenge--and he knows it.

Hence the ever-crazier twists on old filings.

The brick wall is in sight, and he knows it. Like the fool he is, he's still running full steam ahead at it.
