I am in retail...they are ALL doing it! I know from the front lines.

It is cut back hours...fewer workers on the floor...more duties...less pay...run your ASS off! Totally screw the worker! It is the corporate way!

Let's hear it for Corporations everywhere. They are people don't you know!
