42. I haven't seen "Boss" and don't particularly like Grammer as a person.

But I LOVED "Frasier" - mainly because of the ensemble cast and particularly the on-screen dynamic between Frasier and Niles, David Hyde-Pierce's character, whom I absolutely adored.
