18. I have one problem with the way this was written,

The letter was addressed to McCain, and should, therefore have only referred to him in the second person or by referencing news reports, etc. He refers to McCain's shenanigans by referring to him in the third person as if this was written primarily for other readers ... like the press. I know that it ccs other senators, but I am just concerned that the McCain will get his back up and rage at Reif=d for writing this for the press.
