The NYT did cover it, these guys did not...did I mention they were two and a half blocks from freedom plaza. To this day OSD is a non entity.

What I think will happen, from what I am seeing, is the rise of online research consortiums, papers, traditional ones are canning research teams. In time investigations will be outsourced by whatever "traditional paper" survives to these teams of freelancers. The days of working for a single paper are pretty much over.
