"Mom & Pop" pizza can compete just fine with mega chains: They don't peddle bland vapid garbage as food; and if someone is willing to eat such stuff because of a lousy 15 cent price reduction, then they're either conservative tools or so destitute that they shouldn't be eating any of that stuff anyway.
