14. It would be total irony if Mississippi were the last to legalize

Since it's the only state in the U.S. that is legally authorized to grow marijuana - and has to, to provide for the 8 remaining patients in a program that required the U.S. to honor the rights of patients whose best medicine for their illnesses is marijuana.
