Everyone who has read it understands it to be a threat. Probably doesn't matter that he hasn't specified how. He is saying that anyone "coming after him" will get hurt. It's up to the Judge if she wishes to let this go, but if she wants to lock him up for it, she can probably justify it.

Warning his lawyers that he's on thin ice won't matter. This is like Russia probing NATO's reactions. No reaction? Do it again. I swear, I'd throw him in jail for contempt of court for at least several hours while his attorneys squirm.
