13. At what point does ongoing accusation without evidence become slander? Asking for a friend.

I get they need to keep throwing red meat to their moronic knuckle dragging base. And if they have anything legally actionable be it on Hunter's laptop or whatever I will say follow the rule of law. Given AG Barr wouldn't touch this the whole time he was in office tells me there is zip. Sue them civilly for sanity's sake!
