All the signs are in German, and it seems to be http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chorweiler - Köln-Chorweiler , in Cologne.

The video you posted was posted by "PolishPatriots", which has posted other videos today, which are about "The march of independence", or "11 November 2012 - Warsaw - March antifascists the beginning of March" -

What gave you the idea those were Polish anti-austerity demonstrations?
