I'm sure that WE the People could agree that we will raise the rates to Eisenhower levels for the top 20% or so.
We'll figure it out, when we begin to negotiate from a position of power.
I invoke Eisenhower in order to bring in Republicans who might remember a day when their party was fiscally conservative.
