2. Very nice and very interesting! I want to dig more into this, I've bookmarked. However, in

MO we have the legislature that if I'm not mistaken, prevented the resale of solar energy via a coop forum to energy companies in MO. The energy companies themselves could operate such facilities, but the resale of energy derived from residential customers was hamstrung, I think had to be resold at the cost of producing the energy, no profit allowed. Talk about being hamstrung and having the energy companies in your pockets, eh? I'll check more into this for MO, but I wouldn't be surprised if MO still has this doorway to residential customers reselling their excess solar energy at a standstill. More later.
