still serious penalties for exceeding those limits.
Plagiarism was made much easier thanks to copy-and-paste and the internet, but plagiarism is still penalized.
Liberals are horrified by the gun advocates who think people should be able to buy any gun available, carry it openly, and feel justified in using it if they feel there's any excuse for doing so.
I don't understand the attitude that because AI programs have been created, they can't or shouldn't be regulated, and their misuse punished as harshly as necessary to make that misuse rare and socially unacceptable.
