What I mean is, overthrowing a government is beyond illegal. It's war. Look at how lame the laws and sentences are, for the insurrection crimes. Trump's departing helicopter from the White House to Mar-A-Shithole should have been diverted to Gitmo. He's an enemy combatant. In fact, what he did was surely less bloody, but FAR more dangerous, than 9/11.
