5. I believe Roger Stone floated the idea

I believe the theory was that Biden gets removed under the 25th Amendment, and then Kamala Harris is removed from office for reasons that were never made clear, and then the Speaker would become President.

He's said he doesn't want the gig - it would cut into his profitable campaigning racket.
