If Poland was targeted specifically, then yes, if they invoke Article 5. But if it was an errant missile, either due to being damaged by Ukrainian interceptors, jammed by the Ukrainians, failed due to being shitty russian equipment, targeting miscalculated due to shitty russian training or drunk conscripts, then no.
