My husband has been dealing with vestibular problems, and it's triggered PTSD from when he was abused as a child. He has trouble sleeping - always has. I convinced him to try CBD tincture and edibles, although it's hard to find products that are sugar free. He is getting good results from it.

What is Delta 8? Now that MJ is going to be legal in Maryland, maybe it might work for him too?
