The world did nothing when Jews were slaughtered throughout western civilization's history, did nothing during the Holocaust, and did not want the survivors in their countries.

Every time the Arabs attacked Israel unprovoked, the world did nothing. As soon as Israel started started winning or Israel does anything to an Arab, the world screams bloody murder or demands Israel stop.

In the US, Maryland colony made it a capital offense to be anything but Christian. Peter Stuyvesant wanted to expel Jews from New Amsterdam, the US refused to allow the refugees on the SS St. Louis to enter the US thus dooming them to the Holocaust, and recently had told Jews that we (I am Jewish) "won't replace" them.

Jews have been a convenient scapegoat for centuries that Christians have used successfully. Jews have been blamed for everything like the death of Christ, the Black Death, the Great Depression, and causing problems with our Space Lasers.

I have come to the realization that both sides of the spectrum hate us, but that the right side is more open with it. It is just like racism. Boston was just as racist as Birmingham, except Alabama was more in your face and Boston was more covert.

Same with antisemitism. Sadly, as said earlier, both side hate us. As Paul Newman's character in Exodus said, "when things go down, we've always been alone. Jews have no friends."
