A shout out to Alito who is whining about the Court's loss of credibilty. [View all]

Let's start with, THE SUPREME COURT NO LONGER REFLECTS THE IDEOLOGY, CONSTITUTIONAL BELIEFS or DEMOGRAPHICS OF THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE.

This is more than a difference of opinions. The Court is losing its credibility because it has become an arm of a hard right political force that wants to take over this country in one generation.

And it is doing it with decisions that they often make without providing written reasoning for objective scholars to follow. At least that's true of the conservative, activist group that bases its reasoning on a method that is not reviewable because it's voo-doo tongues-inspired word salad that requires a seance to check for accuracy.

And six of the judges are Catholic. Is the US composed of 67% Catholics?

As a Catholic, I find it curious how the Catholic Church lost its influence because of pedophile priests, and now that Republicans are seeing pedophiles in every corner of this country, they are mum on the fact that our highest Court is imbalanced and does not reflect the religious background of Americans, even among Christians.
