I did not look at it that way. If they have lost them, and do not need or care about votes with the ability to trash electors, why not be so open about killing SS? A wet dream longer than banning abortion. Gotta hope the lose of senior voters will hurt GQP, but if votes no longer matter, we are fucked.
Think of how many spouses died from Covid and left surviving spouses with kids. SS pays a lot to surviving spouses to help raise those children. But again, those are post womb kids, the hell with them.
