33. During the campaign he committed to prosecute Trump

He's going back on a promise he made to voters. There was only 3% difference between him and the second place candidate during the primary so that promise might have made the difference in his win. (The winner of the Dem primary was expected to win the election). At a minimum he owes voters an explanation for his actions.

Alvin Bragg took over as Manhattan’s District Attorney in January after campaigning on a promise to hold the former President accountable.
