'Many Rogan listeners are racists' (true in this case) does not mean all are, and you claim all are, thus falsely universalising a part to fully represent the whole.
No barrister or lawyer I know would even get caught making such an easily disproved (as it only takes one example to disprove the entire thing) absolute, universalised statement.
I know a shedload of Rogan listeners (from a plethora of different racial backgrounds) who absolutely are neither racists nor RWers in any fashion. Many of them do not give a toss about politics, or his take on politics. People compartmentalise every day on a vast multitude of things, beliefs, and actions.
