on condition he deposit the $5 million with a neutral party and Obama also agreed to deposit the transcripts et al. with the same neutral custodian such that the $5 million is irretrievable once Obama complies, Tramp would find some excuse to back out. He doesn't intend to part with $5 million under any circumstances, even if he has that much cash to play with.
