I see so many stories of the break through infections, or even repeat infections, that I sometimes despair of the vaccines. Yes, I get that they drastically reduce serious consequences and death, but we are so used to the notion that being vaccinated means not getting the disease that this is somewhat disheartening.

Your story is, in contrast, very heartening.
