Remember that? He wanted a 600 ship Navy that pulled out of mothballs 4 WWII battleships, refurbished at billions of dollars that were re-mothballed a few years later after they were modded. We didn't have the people to man all the ships he wanted. We didn't have the money to pay all the people to populate the ships. Reagan was a fool and so is Romney. One SSBN can destroy half the planet. Who gives a shit about WWI, what a stupid comparison.
