If indictments and trials are looming or ongoing, you don't have to guarantee a conviction. Sadly, the public will choose a side.

I just wonder what Democrats could do to fight harder. We know what's going on, maybe it's up to Democrats to define the game and make the case and convict a few of these miscreants.
