8. Start passing popular legislation that benefits citizens and where does it end?

Is a higher standard of living enough for you people? What about longer, healthier lives? Is that what you people want? Oh, I suppose you'd like a more egalitarian system where the rich don't filch all the wealth created by labor? Would that make you happy, or at least happier?
