Audit so it stands to reason he would have insider knowledge of the results. And fear of being sued would explain the long delay if it was caused by a review eliminating possibly libelous statements. I guess we will see.
It sounds like Byrne is complaining that lawyers have been reviewing the report and editing out stuff that would get the ninjas sued.
