Great story. Glad to hear the sanity is making it there. Left there in 84' and did 23 yrs in the AF, been around the world and call TX home now (another very red state). Hope one day they turn BLUE (WV and TX).
BTW - My Mountaineers (WV) joined the Big 12 this year - so weird playing primarily TX, OK teams.
