we would have coughed up minimum wage to pay someone to answer it, or at least outsourced it to India so we could pay only a small fraction of minimum wage. Either way, the customer service reps will be too disempowered to help you and are incentivized to do nothing for you without subjecting you to an aggressive up-sell to our more expensive tier of (non) service.
