It it logically inconsistent to claim that:

(1) Republican states' assault on voting rights is the most serious threat to democracy since the Civil War

(2) Republican states' assault on voting rights will not affect people's ability to vote, because people will find a way anyway.

You can't have it both ways.

I can't help but interpret this as Biden still not fundamentally understanding the true gravity of the situation.
