But I am a long-time union member. We have strict rules on hours, because of members killed from falling asleep at the wheel after long shifts.
Something doesnt add up. With a strong union, at least exploited workers should be getting rich from the overtime. Apparently, that aint happening. LOL

They'd rather pay overtime than hire workers that they have to fire when demand goes back to normal
