removes the ability to collect benefits if I'm not mistaken.
He's already retired so "for the good of the service" does not apply leaving, Bad Conduct, General under Honorable, General under other than Honorable, or Dishonorable.
But maybe rules are different for the "O" class NOt arguing, just know wondering why he was allowed to obtain O1 retirement bennies.
