31. I am concerned. These first years of the grief process are so dark. But they do pass.

I recently went through an enormously stressful period, which thankfully has passed. But I found Ashwaghanda helped. It's over the counter and you can get it in any good health food store. For me it evened out my mood, helped me to sleep, you can just take it when you need it, and had no side effects. And from what I read it was very safe.

I take very few drugs, so I'm very susceptible to their effects, but I found this worked well for me to help me on those days.
