This kid is an idiot and a fool.

I'd love to hear his parents' insurance claim. The victim's family should file a wrongful death suit or similar case to hold the family of the murderous driver accountable. After all, the boy didn't own the car so the owners should bear some responsibility for this poor woman's death.
