They claimed that they had not called in the national guard before hand because they had no intelligence before hand that it was that big of threat. Of course the FBI warning email from the evening before seemed to have disappeared into the either.

BUT their own capitol police intellegence group issued a 12 PAGE warning THREE days before with a hair on fire report.

This does not add up.
