Got the word Monday night from the County that they had received 6,000 new doses, available for sign-up Tuesday 7:00 am. Neither of us got much sleep. I set the alarm for the crack of dawn and went to work on the County portal promptly at 7:00. After uncounted failures, bingo, half a dozen brand new vaccination sites opened up in the town next door, and I jumped on it and grabbed an appointment for me and told my husband to immediately go there and sign himself up.
Thank gods for Joe Biden. Ill even say a Catholic prayer for that man. I may cry from gratitude when the needle slides in.
